Love these
I have been taking milk thistle for awhile and love it. It helps my liver seem to function better overall. This price is great for the amount you get. The pill size is not overly large so it’s easier to swallow.

Good start — no issues taking it
So far I’m happy with this. I started taking it because I’ve heard milk thistle is good for your liver, and after a little bit I feel slightly better day-to-day. Could be coincidence, but I like it enough to keep going. No stomach problems for me and it’s easy to swallow. If you’re looking for a basic milk thistle supplement, this seems like a solid option.
