I'm not pregnant, but wanting to try and sleep on my side, not stomach, so my back doesnt kill me. Will this help, or will it be too wide since im not

Tough to say as everyone is a different sheep but probably would be ok. I’m no longer pregnant and could still use this under / behind my hip to side sleep propped up.

What’s the advantage of this double thing over having one or two separate wedge pillows?

One advantage is that it stays put. I tried using multiple contraptions and they constantly shift around. Another is that having the connector fabric positions it in just the right spot for me.

Am I doing something wrong as I find myself still rolling on my back ?
