Each bag is 12 dry quarts. So the total for two bags would be 24 total dry quarts.

Would this be good for Plumeria? Or would the Ocean blend be better?

It would work well, you may want to add ~15% of sand to mix in with it so it has even better drainage.

what is the composition of this soil?

I would check the bag for the exact composition, but it feels and looks great and I just love it for my plants even though I think it’s kind of pricey. I used it for my container gardens and regular plants.
