Is the black label the same as the premium? Ive been using the premium but want a larger bottle with pump.

I have not tried the premium so I really don't know. But I can tell you that the Black Label is out of this world good. Will be buying more when needed.

Will this work well for a chocolate fountain to dip fruit and cookies in?

It is thick, but i recently prepared a chocolate fountain and dip for a party, and i used milk or half and half to thin the chocolate cips and bars.. Rice milk can be used too, as it doesnt have a or add a flavor according to my taste buds. I would heat some ghirardelli up in a pot and experiment with milk products. Just remember it won't solidify on the berries or fruit like melted chocolate chips or bars would
