I have yet to read anything but great about this product, especially about your brain health. I take it every day. I am 86 and my beautiful brain is very sharp. I think I will always take it. My brain has always been great and I help it along.

I think the Brahmi capsules are helping me with mood stability and stress-response, taken in combination with Ashwaganda and Rhodiola. I wish I could be more definitive about the Brahmi specifically. This combo (Ashwaganda, Rhodiola, and Brahmi) was prescribed by an Ayurvedic practitioner.

Brahmi REALLY works for ME. A tiny energy boost, huge mood and stress support. Way better than any Rx meds I have used........zoloft, Ativan etc. No horrible side effects at all. I also understand it is an antioxidant, so good. I take 1 or 2 through the day and seldom have a ....moment ....or....meltdown. Personal thing, hope it helps you........definitely worth a try. Wow, works great! I can finally get organized AND remember names!! Easy to swallow capsule. Highly recommend for adults w/ ADHD. It takes a while to get your blood levels up, so be patient. I started to noticed an improvement after the 4th day, and it kept getting better! I’m not sure how long to take it for, maybe 90 days?? PS. I did Not receive this for free. I paid for it.

Have been taking daily for a few weeks and feel zero difference to mood or ability to concentrate. Leave an aftertaste like tea, which I dislike. Will not buy again. Not sure I’ll even finish the bottle.

Taking these pills everyday was no problem. The are coated so they are easy to swallow. I am not great at taking pills so fast results will keep me coming back. Unfortunately, with one bottle, I did not see any results. May I should have started a new bottle. I don’t know.

We take 1 capsule per day to boost our cognitive abilities which we noticed were slipping a bit. My husband and I find it helps us focus and stay more on task without quite so much daydreaming!
