great for mobility and joint pain
I can't believe I didn't know this before, this has helped my articulations, knees and other joints, it was painful to go for a run or wake up one day with a weird pain in the knee for no reason, bending is easier, it doesn't work for one day to the other, it works by consistency, I'm 32 and I had pain in the knees and some other joints its been more than 6 months taking them and the pain disappeared, I also gave it to my mom and cousins that were complaining of mobility pain. I take it as it says in the label 2 in the morning 2 at night it has improved a lot my joints I was tired of waking up and moan for pain all day and not being able to performe my daily exercises.

This works for me. I credit glucosamine for overcoming post-traumatic arthritis in my ankle. Have completed 10 full marathons in the past couple of years. I’ve read it’s the placebo effect. Could be, but when I stop taking glucosamine the pain and stiffness gradually returns and can no longer walk pain free: running becomes impossible. The NOW caps were the best value I could fond online. Recommended.
