This product really helps with my migraines, I just follow the instructions and recommended suggestions on the box and it provides relief. Every body is different what works for some might not for others. But it works for me.

I got 4 of these, hoping they would help my daughter, but she said they didn't. However, I have used it successfully at least 4 times. If I can catch the headache early, their cooling effect and herbal aroma help my headache go away within 5-15 minutes. It's hard to believe, but after applying it across my forehead several times back & forth, I realize that after a short while, I am no longer aware of having a headache. I let a friend use it, and he said it had the same effect for him. It's worth trying, even if it doesn't always work for everyone. For me, it's worked every time - what a welcome relief!
