Product quality is good and steam pressure also very good but just to 2 facts which seller should need to fix firstly the handle machine is too heavy and 2nd the extension pipes are not easy assemble and not a good quality otherwise I must keep it but I retured due to heavy machine my wrist was paining but I like the product and functions very useful in this price

Product came in an opened box and was just put in a bigger box that was sealed. Water kept on leaking while steaming. ended up returning the item.

I liked that it has multi options for cleaning, like for carpets glass, curtains ..etc, but it doesnt have a big brush to use it for example for sofas and mattresses
