What should I do if the remote isn’t working?

Make sure to remove the isolation pad, and point the remote at the infrared receiver on the controller when using it.

Can multiple strips be connected together, and if so, how?

The length of the LED strip can be cut and connected as needed, but we do not recommend connecting multiple strips together, as it may lead to insufficient voltage supply, affecting performance and causing the lights to not turn on.
