Review by Susan - I tried this on a recommendation thinking it wouldn’t actually make any noticeable changes. I was pleasantly surprised that after just three days my bloating completely went away. I’ve tried tons of other types of pre and probiotics. This is the ONLY one that has made me feel better. I only wish they made it in lemon-lime or a fruity flavor. I got vanilla which is tasty but mixing with water and taking on an empty stomach, a fruit flavor would be more enjoyable.

It’s not good tasting alone I don’t think, but I mix in with my greens, collagen and my other nutrients morning drink. The vanilla seems to enhance my drink when all blended together.

I decided to try this probiotic drink, others didn't help me much. It helps me more than the other ones for sure. Helps regulate my bowel movements which I’ve had trouble my whole life. Does take some time to mix, but it is flavorful and not chalky. Great ingredients, really help me feel more energetic, I feel like I have better digestive health. Only been using it for two weeks, but so far it’s great! Hope you found this review helpful!
