My wife and I recently purchased the VuSee corner baby monitor shelf for our daughter's room. However, when we attempted to mount it, we learned that the corner of her room was not a perfect 90 degrees, thus making it impossible to use the mount. When I processed the return through Amazon, I received an email from VuSee, apologizing for the product not working out and asking if there was anything they could do to help. When I explained to them that their product was not at fault, but our walls just weren't properly angled, they immediately offered to send us their flat baby monitor shelf completely free of charge, in the hopes that it might meet our needs. Incredulous about their kind offer, we took them up on it. After all, they made it impossible for us to say no, with absolutely nothing to lose. And I am happy to say that the flat shelf worked absolutely perfectly for us. Installation couldn't be simpler (and if you do run into any trouble, just watch their youtube videos for step-by-step mounting instructions) and it works exactly as advertised. Now, we have an unobstructed view of our little girl when she's laying in her crib, no matter what corner she might have rolled into. I couldn't offer a higher recommendation for this company and their products. In the end, they did not make one penny off of us, but they went above and beyond and I will recommend VuSee/BeraTek products to anyone!

Not compatible with our Motorola monitor. Our camera has fallen down 3 times already and each time it started and woke up the baby. We're lucky the camera didn't break. Now the adhesive strips that is supposed to stick to the camera isn't even sticky anymore. We followed the directions including letting all the adhesive strips set for 24 hours before hanging. Great idea. Horrible execution. We are returning.

We have used this for over a year and love it. It was beyond easy to install and works very well to mount our baby monitor and give us a full view of our little man in his crib. The strip stopped sticking to the camera recently and I sent the seller an email, he responded in minutes and is sending us a new one! I can’t say enough good things about the customer service!

Easy to install. I'm not putting the monitor on until it's been up for 24 hours. You could probably use stronger command strips if you're worried about it not falling. I am concerned about the clip part not being strong enough because the bottom of the monitor isn't completely flat and has random dips and holes. Hoping it stays up!! I like that I didn't have to put any holes in my wall.

This product is great! We previously had our monitor sitting near the crib and the angle was terrible even though the camera could be adjusted from the monitor. I wasn't a fan of drilling into the cute paneling we put up in baby's nursery. I followed the instructions for installation - cleaning the area, and waiting to hang the monitor. We use a humidifier and it gets warm in the room during the day due to large windows so I worried after reading some of the other reviews that the camera would fall. It has been mounted for several months without any sign of a problem or the adhesive loosening. Update - This stayed up until it was removed (a year later). I replaced the adhesive strips with a "refill" from 3M and it has now been up on another wall for several months with no problems.

I loved this product until it (along with my baby monitor) detached from the wall and came tumbling down. It allowed me to have the perfect view into my babies crib but when it fell down my monitor broke and now I have to buy a new one. So.... great idea but use with caution.

At first I thought this was going to be a waist of time and money down the drain, no way this thing would hold a baby monitor in place safely....well it proved me wrong! I'm in love with it! I purchased 2 one for each baby monitor over my twin girls cribs. Its perfect, I can see the entire crib and see my girls completely compared to the monitor on the dresser which only showed partial view of the crib. I HIGHLY recommend this to all parents. I just purchased another one as a gift for a friend struggling with the same partial view issues.

This does not work at all. I put it up during the day as directed. Waited 24 hours to attach the camera to the plate, it fell off in 20 minutes. I have one of the smaller cameras and the adhesive kept coming off the clip. Nice idea, poorly executed. I bought two one for each room and they both were terrible.

It only came with one 3m sticker and it requires two. Lucky I had a extra one from another product but that’s ridiculous. So far it’s only been one day of it being up. Would have given 4 stars if it came with the right amount of parts to actually put it up.
