Parrot AR Drone 2.0 Navigation board

Worked great right out of the box. I didn't need to replace the board yet so I have that as a spare. Got to me in great time too.

Worked fine. Item arrived quick enough, and in perfect shape. Even though my problem turned out to be a VERY simple matter of propeller arrangement (seen from top, it's C-A-A-C, y'know), installing this didn't hurt, so I know it worked well enough... Just wish I could say 'anything' at all for Parrot, for neglecting to mention the proper propeller installation, for my problem--it was obvious considering the sheer volume of people complaining of same issue...Parrot's the WORST, I'll never buy another product from them again. Of COURSE, Amazon's not to blame, AT ALL--like I said, this part was JUST FINE... But Parrot truly IS to blame, so I hope they get begin offering more comprehensive phone customer service instead of trying to bilk their customers out of money for sending it in for a repair, like they did me. It'll be even BETTER if they ever bother to look in on how they're doing on Amazon! Amazon's handling their sales well enough, Parrot just needs to be more responsible to new owners!

More of a comment about Parrot not about Amazon The drone cost over $300.00 a few years ago. It flew for a few years then the drone was showing some diagnostic messages. When I called Parrot support they said that they did not perform repairs any longer. I purchased a navigation board for $60.00, based on a you tube analysis, but, it did not work. The next step would have been to purchase a main board for another $80.00. I opted to complain to Parrot and they gave me a 20% discount to purchase another drone. So I said why not I enjoyed flying it. So I decide on a drone, received the 20% and made a payment with paypal, only to have them tell me after they took my money that the drone I ordered was not available. They have sent back my money so all is in order. I have no recourse with amazon or the parts people.

The package looked dusty and crumpled which gave me misgivings. I was in a bind and did not have time to wait for another to arrive, so I installed it. And it did not work

What can you say about a replacement part? Works as intended. Wish they sold the two boards separately as I've busted two transducer boards but never the Nav board itself. They're good about including new back covers so you needn't worry about overusing your one-time adhesive. It would also be nice if Parrot would release separate videos on replacing the nav board and the Main board. Right now, you have to watch the "replace both boards" video and figure out which steps you DON'T need to take if your main board is ok.

As expected

Todo perfecto el embalage muy bien y rapidísimo envio. Me sorprendió y es de agradecer, que además de los dos componentes del pedido, incluya en la bolsa, la pegatina de la parte inferior del ar drone (la negra con su adhesivo y todo), el corcho interior que va pegada la cinta que conecta el ultrasonido con la controladora y ademas los tornillos por si se te ha roto alguno. Vamos que no le falta detalle al pedido y que incluyen más cosas que lo meramente adquirido. Por eso mi valoración es de 5 estrellas.

I gave 2 stars because it worked, but this is not new product. I bought from Botley Store. Not only was the product not in the proper packaging, the ultrasound board had leftover chunks of styrofoam stuck on the bottom (see photos). The ribbon cable was also cut in half. It's a good thing I didn't need it. Shame on you Botley Store for advertising these as new when clearly these are reclaimed parts.

Wie zu erwarten war, funktioniert alles prima. Einzig, dass beim Kauf vor drei Jahren die Drohne wegflog ohne erkennbaren Grund, ist unnötig gewesen. Dafür durfte ich insgesamt fast den Gesamtwert einer neuen ARDrone ausgeben, um die alte zu "reparieren".
