Nice product
I’ve been using this product from 2 weeks and so happy with its results.It helped me to reduce muscle cramps and tightness . It supports bone health, heart health, muscle health and nerve health.it helped me to reduce stress and improved my bone health.Highly recommended.

I was very much worried for about six months for breaking sleep at night due to many reasons like frequent urination etc also couldn't continue sleep for many hours. Usually I could sleep for only five to six hours instead minimum seven hours. I tried many Ayurvedic products including allopathy once for natural sound sleep. But all failed..... Lastly this organic product works. I took one tablet after dinner for two months. I got tested serum magnesium in medical lab and found 2.2 instead 1.7 before two months back which is within the range 1.6 to 2.4. Now I have stopped taking further this supplement as I find myself sufficient sound sleep ie. minimum seven hours. At last my message is that for unable to sleep at night we should get checked first at medical lab whether sufficient serum magnesium level is there and go for magnesium glycinate supplement ie 350 to 400 mg once daily after dinner for natural sound sleep.

I buy it regularly. It helps me sleep and my muscles feel relaxed especially as I have recovered from diabetic neuropathy a few months ago. I would recommend it to all who have help sleeping. The price is also so right for retired people like me. Please do not raise it.

Wanted to give -ve stars . Very very dissatisfied with the product. Most of the pills are just empty. Can even replace it. Should I open the product and check each and every pill . Will never order from this brand again
