Scholastic Super Rabbit Racers!: A Branches Book (Press Start! #3) (3) : Flintham, Thomas: desertcart.ae: Books Review: My 7 year old is big fan of press start book. Will order next part very soon😊 Review: I have an advanced first grader who tells me every day that school is too boring because he knows everything. He reads at a very high level, but refuses to read if the book isn't interesting enough. This series is one I can't get him to put down. He will read it all in one sitting and then want to read it again. They are so fun and engaging for my video game loving smarty pants. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking.

Our 10 year old really struggles with reading, he's 1 or 2 grades behind and is intimidated by chapter books. Normally he likes to read Dog Man, but we don't find those books to be a great option because the comic book style isn't really teaching him how to read full sentences. We bought the Press Start Series hoping it would branch him into chapter book reading, and we were right. He loves the books and his reading and confidence is improving while he goes through the series. We really enjoy the illustrations as well.

My child loves these books, but the paperback versions just seems to fall apart. The glue on the spine was not doing it's job. So, I bought one of the library binded versions. This one is much sturdier, has a better binding, and has a hard cover. Definitely worth the money.
