Just as described. No bunching problems, stay secure, a little wider and not too long, but just right. And happy they are unscented. After having a hysterectomy 3 years ago (due to cancer) have to wear these all the time due to minor (and occasionally not so minor) bladder leaks, and these absorb really well so I always feel dry. Padding is longer than necessary making it a little uncomfortable to wear. Does what it is supposed to do and clothing protected.
