do this spray works like ogx argan oil of morocco weightless hair dry oil as they don't sell in store (uk)

This leave-in is heavier than the morocco dry oil. If you use too much, hair will be greasy. I use it as a finishing product for the shine.

How high is the thermal protection?

There is no information on the bottle about this. But I do find that my hair is soft and not oily after I blow dry it.
