It's a good vitamin but I do get real bad nausea. I have to eat a stomach full meal before taking it.

This right here helped my knees. I was feeling alot of discomfort, mild pain and heaviness in my knees especially when I walk up the stairs but after taking this for a week or 2, the heaviness and pain dissolved.
