Does the computer shelf/arm sticking out push in or fold down for when you don't want it?

How tall is the bottom shelf? I need 20" of clearance.

16 1/2" from bottom to first shelf and 13 1/2" from the 2nd shelf up.

Are you able to put a logo on the front of this podium?

it is large enough that you could have something with your logo mounted on it. It is however made of paticle board.

Is there a hole for wires (for laptop cables, wired mics, etc.) to go through?

i don't remember there being a hole for wires very poor construction though nothing lined up when assembled had to install a lot of extra drywall screws to hold together. i bought 2 of these for my restaurants i own.
