On a regular sewing machine, clip on the rolled hem foot and use small straight stitches or the zigzag stitch. It will depend on exactly what you're trying to do, but one of those stitches should work. But if you're trying to mimic the kind of rolled him you get with a serger, this foot won't do that. It's the machine that makes that particular stitch, not the foot.
