I was expecting a bit more, it makes the skin smooth yes but decreasing the redness I’m not sure, didn’t see any change and difference.

Does what it says. Decreases redness.
It does what it says. Decreases redness instantly. But ofcourse it doesn't get rid of active papules. If you suffer from redness only and no papules then it is perfect . You will notice the redness decreased by one or 2 shades.
