I always swore that melatonin didn’t help sleep until I tried THIS product. It helps me get to sleep, improves sleep quality and helps me to sleep longer. If I take it before going to bed vs in the middle of the night (during a bout of insomnia) I don’t wake groggy. I am never without this stuff

This is my favorite B complex supplement and I have used it for many years. It’s not a five star anymore as it’s gotten too expensive, and I have had to switch to another brand. 🤷🏻‍♀️ If the price ever drops significantly I’ll buy it again.

Vitamins B , are important for us and I hate swallowing pills, so this liquid vitamin is good for me. Should always check with your Dr. to make sure it’s ok for you. Most of us are low in some vitamin, important for us as we get older to take care of ourselves. Good quality and easy to take.
