Review: Good machine - I like all the different exercises you can do on it. Very easy to assemble Review: Amazing machine! - This machine has helped a lifelong bad back. Just 10 mins a day is all it takes to loosen joints and help with circulation. You get a wonderful floating feeling afterwards. Has helped my 12 year old daughter with very tight calf muscles and my 89 year old mother in law with sore knees and hips. Don't be fooled by imitation machines, its only power plates that really work! It's worth saving the extra for the rel thing.

High blood pressure and losing weight ( 2 st )
Want to get fit before I reach my 60's can't run anymore due to bad knees,this way I can feel the benefits of the power plate takes a bit of getting use to so just using it 10 to 15 min three times a week and my knees don't hurt as much after just a few goes. GREAT
