My dog has severe stomach problems. Although he’s been on a medication that dogs are actually not supposed to be on for more than a couple months but he’s been on it for two years because it keeps him alive, this is a great supplement so that I can give him less of that medication. He’s 20 years old and he really was dying two years ago because he couldn’t keep anything in his stomach. He had constant diarrhea and he was dying. Most amazing product ever! Seriously saved my dog's life. My 12 year old Chihuahua suddenly stopped eating, coupled with vomiting and diarrhea. Being a 5 pound dog, dehydration happens very quickly! She had an ultrasound which showed a thickened and inflamed GI tract; an endoscopy was also performed to do a biopsy. Results came back as lymphangiectasia (inability to absorb fat), with secondary inflammation bowel disease (food allergy), low protein (causing abdominal fluid), pancreatitis, and the list goes on! Clearly the most important to get under control was the first since she was effectively starving to death even when she did eat; nothing was being absorbed. We started Prozyme and saw improvement within 4 hours! We could not believe that was possible, so we remained cautiously optimistic. It is now a year later and she is still going strong! My dog has pancreatic deficiency and has to ingest raw pancreas with his meals in order to properly absorb the nutrients in his food. It's a pain in the butt to get ahold of raw pancreas (we use beef) so my vet recommended this. We had tried powdered pork pancreas before and it did not work and neither did this stuff. I'm sure it works for some dogs, but it didn't work for ours (black lab/rottweiler - not sure if that matters) and we tried it for a month and even did a weening process where we gave him both the raw and the Prozyme. As we reduced the raw and increased the Prozyme, his stool became runny and he started to lose weight, just as he would if we gave him nothing at all.

I adopted a cat about 8 years old and at first he was fine then he started to continually throw up. If was becoming a huge problem and I didn't know what to do.
