Wash face then apply astringent with cotton ball,and then you would apply primer after that you apply make-up.

Is this oil free? Is it suitable for acne prone/oily skin

There is no oil listed in the ingredients that I saw. I have acne prone skin and do not notice any breakouts from it and it is matte so it is geared towards use with oily completions.
