Faulty item. The cartridge is fault and when installing in the printer, gives you a fault message to call HP support. As soon as you remove it the printer works again with only black ink. Came in a closed package but something looked different.

La tinta es original ya que la impresora lo detecta como tal. Me esperaba a simple vista caja HP y luego al recibirla ser una compatibilidad pero no, cumple con la descripción. El precio muy adsequible.
