Pay attention to the colour of the rotation index.
"1/4" Arca Type QR Plate- Red(1/4" quick shoe plate-Blue)" This is part of the product description at the manufacturer's website. I wish I had this info before I bought it, I would have chosen the red one. The blue one has a "Neewer only" kind of clamp on, with which all the plates I own will either not lock firmly or, will slide totally free left and right even when the clamp is fully tightened. The clamp is also not working well with its own plate. While fully locked you can slide the plate if you apply some pressure on it. It will not drop out of the clamp because of the safety screws, but this should not be happening. The plate itself locks securely in other clamps that I have. On the head itself now, the build quality looks really good. Everything works the way it should. Panning and ball movement are smooth and easy. The knobs feel also really smooth and they lock securely. It is not heavy or bulky and it gets the job done. For the price, is a very good deal. Just pay attention to the clamp. If you use Neewer plates buy the blue, if you use arca compatible plates buy the red. I have already replaced mine and everything is awesome ! 4 out of 5 stars for the probably defective clamp.

Compatta, stabile, funzionale
La utilizzo principalmente all’aperto ma torna utile anche nello still life.
