It was a gift so I am unable to actually rate the product, but it did come on time and is actually bigger then I assumed it will be.

If I could pick less than 1 full star I would. Was very excited about the juicer and was planning on using it while deployed in Afghanistan since our camp is 220v. I received it, read the instructions, put it together and went to the chow hall to get some fresh fruit. I plugged the juicer into the socket and BAM!!! nothing at all. Now I am stuck with an $80 dollar juicer that I can not return because we can not send mail....we only receive. Thanks Amazon for such a wonderful paper weight.

I receive the product and it does not work. This is the gift I gave to my father in the Philippines. Cannot trust this product.
