Very good and good absorption

I recommended this to my friends who also suffers with PCOS. Helped me a lot, I had PCOS since 2017 gained so much weight and tried many products, I also tried many diets but nothing helped. I initially tried a bottle gifted by a friend before I purchase mine here in amazon, took this for 3 months last year and scheduled an ultrasound, surprisingly my PCOS was reversed last year.Maybe that’s a combination of proper diet, and gym but this supplement also helped.

It worked for me, but I took 2 in the morning instead of what the label said: 1 in the morning and one later in the day. So when I did that I realized a high decrease in appetite but I still need to review my cholesterol levels to see if it actually worked on that.

The product is not effective at all! I do not advise anyone to buy it

There's a #1 5-star review that accurately describes this product, but I can add information about why I chose Thorne's phytosome berberine and feel it is well worth it. I have been pursuing wellness since 2018 and by combining berberine with logging meals and appropriate meal planning using Cronometer to truly track macro and micro-nutrients and calories, I've finally lost the weight I gained when I quit smoking over 10 years ago. I have excellent energy and all the good things others are saying have also been true for me. I am 5'5" (shrinking shrinking - berberine won't help with that), 138 lbs, size 6-8, 29" waist (NOOO WAYYYYY WHAT). I have good health metrics (and am not claiming berberine was the cause of this). Another variety of berberine that I started taking did provide some benefits but also a lot of nausea and severe stomach cramps. I've worked to heal my microbiome but it's very difficult in today's US food and cosmetic environment. I've also switched to natural cosmetics too) to maintain that. Thorne's product has been consistent and reliable.

Highly recommend this brand for Berberine. The quality is good, and the results have been great.
