I’ve been taking Bronson Vitamin K2 (MK-7) with D3 as part of my morning routine, and it has been a fantastic addition to my supplement stack. I specifically wanted a combination formula with 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 90 mcg of K2 (MK-7), and this one checked every box. I also appreciate that it’s non-GMO and thoughtfully formulated. I take it every morning alongside my omega-3, Super B complex, and my antidepressant. I usually take everything together with coffee and breakfast, often something with healthy fats like avocado toast or peanut butter.
