Terrible experience
It arrived not working and damaged !!! It was a gift and i waited 2 weekd to try it and its not workinf! I even bought extra warranty !!!

Good, easy to use, portable
When I got it first it wasn't working (lights on but no steam coming out) but after shaking hardly it worked fine, so it looks like something was blocking the way for the steam to come out. Other than that it's much powerful than the tefal one that I had before.

Very nice
I bought this item today 24/08/25, and it is very worth for the money. It is doing a great job. I used it for my curtains. And my wife and I decided to try on clothes and it is also doing its job. I think if you want to take it to vacation with you, it will be nice.
