Looks Used and Poorly Packaged – Very Disappointed
I was very disappointed when I received this Philips heated straightening brush. The product packaging looked damaged and tampered with, as if it had already been used or returned by someone else. The box was torn, had peeled-off tape marks, and was clearly not sealed properly. It didn’t look like a brand-new product at all. When I buy something new, I expect it to be delivered in proper condition, especially for a personal care item. This was completely unacceptable. Whether this was a return or a warehouse issue, it reflects poor quality control. I won’t be using this and will consider returning it. Very unhappy with this purchase – be cautious if you’re considering this item!

its a life savour
since i have been using this product, it has literally made my life easy. it is so easy to get straighten hair within few minutes and you re ready to go. its much better then hair dryers which expose your scalp to hot hair. this brush protects ur scalp and direct the hot metal just to your hairs. totally worth it.
