I have king bed. Would full fit my king bed?

I have a queen bed and ordered the queen headboard. Not sure if they have this in a king size. But I wouldn't order it unless it's king size or it'll be too small.

How tall and wide is this for a full size bed?

Just want to double check that the grey is grey because the picture looks brown, is it grey ?

I would say it's a mixture with gray as the prominent color. It's like a driftwood effect with multiple shades. The wall I have it against is painted a medium gray color and it looks fantastic.

Is there supposed to be no hardware?

Mine was missing some hardware. You can call the manufacturer and they can send you what’s missing but it takes awhile so we went to Lowe’s and bought what we needed.
