This is a great product and I love the fact that it is. Food source and not synthetic. I feel so full of energy when I take it in the am. It’s a high quality product and love the ingredients. It’s clean with no harmful chemicals in it. I’m very particular and I love this product. Easy to swallow.

One of the best natural vitamin b complex I’ve taken so far. With an abudance of natural organic ingredients. No synthetic fillers. Very gentle on the stomach too. I am an active older man cycling, weight lifting and a good diet, I still know the importance of energy levels for cell repair as we all age. It can be hard trying to found the right supplement out there that is in its most natural form. Also being methylated the added Choline, Inositol and CoC10 are very rare in other quality vitamins. Yes I do eat very healthy again getting your diet right first is important. No good supplementing with vitamins if diet is weak in nutrition. Me personally it does more harm.
