It got burnt after 2 hours of use do not buy

While doing some research on the items to buy for our yet to born baby, humidifiers came as one of the top recommendations. so we bought 1 and start using in our room. We live in an apartment and our air conditioning is running throughout the year which means that its air is mostly dry inside the apartment (something I learned recently). the first night we used it, we noticed when we woke up that our nose wasn't as dry as it usually is every morning. I was pleasantly surprised that these things really do work. This model is not too expensive compared to the other brands available. I was a bit unsure about the quality. but after using it for 2 weeks, I am pretty happy with the purchase. as soon as you turn on the things start running full blown. we're so satisfied with this model that we ended up buying another one so we can use it the baby room and also in our room.

I had ordered this in early March, received the product via amazon prime as per the promised time slots. Worked okay for almost two months - post which it has now given a error red light and no mist is coming from the console. From a product satisfaction perspective it is just okay - humidifies well however the aroma tray does not work well if you are looking to add oils for fragrance in your room. I asked for recourse in my situation and I have been advised to apply for repair, will update how that works out. If possible I would like to go for a refund and would like to look for other options.

The multiple humidity levels and timer settings are very convenient, and waking up to misty windows adds a nostalgic touch to my mornings. However, one minor drawback is that the water level will be at the bottom after one night’s use, so you'll need to refill it before the next use. Despite this, it’s still a great option, especially when paired with an aroma liquid for added comfort. Key Highlights: Great value for money and effective for small rooms. Easy to assemble and use. Goof large water tank for extended use. However the manual is rather poor, in particular in explaining the different functions on the remote. I can't reduce the vapour, so this is emitted at a high rate, leading to damp surface areas around the unit when used for an extensive period.

Using it for 4 months now and no issue at all. Don't add oils even in the oil compartment it almost ruined mine
