This multivitamin fits perfectly into my routine. I appreciate that it's vegan, non-GMO, and made from whole food nutrients. The one-a-day tablet is convenient, and I do feel more energetic since I started taking it. The fact that it's extracted using water reassures me about its purity. It supports my metabolism and helps keep my skin and nails looking healthy. Plus, it promotes heart health which is a bonus. This product truly keeps me feeling connected to nature and I like that.

OBSERVATION: I wanted to take a multivitamin that covers most of the vitamins that I need. I decided to purchase the 30-day tablets, but I will be telling you why I am now purchasing the 60-day tablets! PROS: - The pill is a bit large, but it's not difficult for me to swallow (plus you only have to take 1 pill per day!) - There isn't a high amount of iron in this vitamin if you're worried about high iron levels, and the pill is organic. - I was not using this multivitamin for hair growth, but I take pictures of my 4c hair each year, and I see a MAJOR difference in hair density (not thickness). - I did not experience any symptoms while taking this vitamin for the full 30 days. CONS: - I do not have any cons on this product. In fact, I have ordered a 60-day subscription so I can continue using this!

Superb multivitamin - has everything from B complex, ADEK, as well as iron that a lot of women need. My hair has been growing so well and is the best value for what it offers. This is what I would recommend for those not interested in researching a ton of different products and would rather opt for a simple all in one supplement!

Got them from Walmart the first time. They are large if you have a hard thing swallowing wouldn’t recommend. I have a sensitive stomach and had no problems with digestion. They definitely improved my energy and helped my moods when I wasn’t medicated. I love that You Only Have To take One a day

I’m only knocking off one star because these suckers are huge and they don’t have rounded edges, so it makes swallowing a little tricky. But this hasn’t caused any stomach upset, it has improved my energy, and I love that it’s only a once daily supplement. I wish this brand’s prenatal vitamin was only once a day and not 4. My OB said that I am able to take this as a prenatal due to the amount of folate that is in it, along with a choline and DHA supplement. I just hope that when I do get pregnant, this won’t make me sick because I love taking this vitamin and brand and like I said, I don’t want to take 4 a day, so I’ll have to find a different brand if so. Fingers crossed! UPDATE: I noticed that as I was finishing up my first bottle, taking this vitamin began to make me feel as if I would gag, so I am switching to something else. The size is just too big and it not having round edges makes it difficult to swallow, and it doesn’t taste the best.
