It can be expensive because I use it every day. They do have specials and I stock up on them. I like them because they are probiotics and they help with my digestive issues in addition to my sometimes grey mood🤩🌟🌟🌟

Fantastic probiotic in every way! First of all, it arrived still cold, having been well wrapped in an insulated cold-pack (score extra points for sending it in the proper way!). That was impressive to be sure. When I tested a capsule it did indeed contain “live” cultures. Too many of these supplements have arrive on time and are well packaged, but upon testing them- contain no live cultures! So much wasted money. Though this product may be costlier than many, it is well, worth the price! After taking Garden of Life probiotics for only a short time, I began to see very positive effects. It does live up to its claim to “promote emotional health and relaxation”. I have just reordered it and am confident that when I test it for “live cultures”, I will not be disappointed! 👍🏻👍🏻
