Simple yet powerfull knowledge, quick read full of practical advice. A must read for anyone involve in digital product/service design.

I am pained to think of all the energy I have put into start up ideas before finding this book. I listened to it on Audible and it was refreshing. The author does the reading himself and it is in a very casual tone. More like listening to a podcast or conversation than listening to a dry reading or a lecture.
