I’m very happy with my iPad Pro! It arrived in excellent condition and was exactly as described. It came with an Apple charger and a screen protector already included, which was a great bonus. Everything was packaged very carefully and securely, so there was no damage during shipping. The seller clearly took the time to make sure everything arrived safely. Poor battery life.
Overall this was a good perchase. The price was reasonable and the iPad works well. My only complaint is the battery. The battery runs down very quickly after about 4 hours of continuous use. I own an older 11” iPad and the battery life is much better.

Fraudulent sell and locked to another carrier.
Buyer Beware! I purchased this item and it was listed as refurbished. The condition of the item itself was fine and like new from what I can tell having used it since it was purchased. I have not had the need until recently for it to have its own internet plan. I went to activate it on my carrier and the IMEI shows to be locked and cannot be activated on that network. When I tracked down that the carrier was AT&T it shows that it is locked because it hasn't been paid off by whoever it was that had it before it was refurbished and then sold to me. AT&T is no help and return at this point would most likely not be feasible because of Amazon policy.

Llevo 1 semana con ella y todo excelente
La verdad tenía mucho miedo de realizar esta compra, aunque había buenos comentarios, los malos comentarios me hacían dudar. Pero hasta el momento fue una excelente compra, llego sin ningún rasguño y funciona excelente, la batería dura más del día a pesar de la exigencia . Aunque llego en una caja de cartón y con un cargador que no sirve, el producto como tal es muy bueno. Animense si están como yo 😅
