Only kind I will buy
Helps me fall asleep quickly. No side effects like diarrhea that other magnesium has in it. I've bought other kinds and they help, but cause diarrhea so this one is perfect for relaxing your mind and body.

Very pleased
I take 2 capsules about an hour before I want to sleep. It works fantastically! I sleep deeply and even dream sometimes. I wake up refreshed so it’s worth it for me. Cut my 2 to 3 am BS wake ups out altogether! Shared with family and they had the same response. As far as regularity, I take them about 3-4 times a week. Definitely give them a try!

It is a decent magnesium
I use this as a part of my sleep routine And it's definitely decent and affordable but I'm not so sure about several of the ingredients . It does the job but I'm probably going to switch to more absorbable liquid magnesium to see if it help neuropathy more than this one. If you want a magnesium this is definate a good alternative especially for the price

Magnesium necessary for many reasons. Have citrate and glycinate already and decided to add this one! Seems to give you a calm like have read about.

It must be the L-threonate that works so well.
It worked for me. I was surprised. I bought other magnesium supplements but they didn't have L-threonate and didn't allow me to go back to sleep if I woke up. This brand does, and I go back to sleep.
