Hard to Find (Until Now), Delicious Soft Cheese

I first tried Catupiry cheese on a pizza at one of my favorite pizza places, and since then, I was determined to find that cheese! The waiter had no idea but just knew "they order it." I kept looking for it at every grocery store to no avail. I wondered what would happen if I searched Amazon, and there it was! I have so far used it on toast, an everything bagel, and I also made a yummy mac and cheese using just catupiry, a little butter, and half a cup of cheddar. Rich and delicious. Now I can order it whenever I want. Thanks, Amazon.

The best!

Unlike what happened to the other customer in reviews here, I bought the squeeze one and got it. Delivery takes about a week, but it’s worth it! It’s my favorite creamy cheese and I’m so glad I can get it at Amazon! ♥️
