Nice cooler, compact and works for any day events. It didn’t leak, have used this 4-5 times now and is durable. Zippers have nonissue and easy to use. The insulation is questionable, but keeps our water, sodas, beers and ice cold with an addition of ice or ice packs. Great value.

Great size for what I use it for. Lunch bag. I also use multiple ice packs inside so I can’t say if you fill it with ice or won’t melt, but like all the bag coolers I have had it depends on surrounding temperature and direct sunlight Kinda thin interior material but so far so good

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I travel a lot to see family, and this comes with ice packs that fit perfectly. It is soft-sided, so it's more flexible and fits most places. I have been using it for a few years and it durable and stands up to time. The ice-pack retention lasts long enough for a 12+ hour trip, easily. With the handles and it being able to collapse when I am not using it, it is super functional and easy to store, use and transport.

I bought this particular unit and size after trying the smaller model unsuccessfully- but close to what I needed. This one fits very well. What am I using it for? I bought it as a protection/carry bag for my EcoFlow Delta 2 battery backup/power unit. EcoFlow sells one - for 2.5x the price of this- and nowhere near as protective, though being designed specifically for the Delta 2 it has some design features that require a 'work around' for this cooler/bag. But overall, it will protect the unit from rain, etc., allow enough ventilation for cooling (it's a little big), and has a storage pouch for cords, etc. It also has a sturdy carrying strap which the 'made for' EcoFlow does not. Overall I'm satisfied that this will do the job with minor modification - and at a great price. It's a pretty well-made product- even folds up if you needed to store it. I like such design details.

Nice on the outside but inside is a very cheap material for the liner. Thankfully I got this on sale for $12.74 or I'd be returning it.

Okay, I bought this because my company's lunchbox was too small that they provided and I didn't want a giant, expensive Yeti cooler like everyone else. I can easily fit my 3 (one small, medium and large) refillable ice packs (typically used for injuries but whatever), 3 main jars, two medium Tupperware and 4 protein drinks in the box and still have a small amount of space left. My main complaints: the pockets are limited, two mesh on each side and the front pocket which isn't organized or compartmentalized in anyway so it's just open. That's all for pockets on this. No strap on the back to attach to your bag handle, which can easily be sorted but it's still a negative for me. My positive feedback: fits easily in overheads for CRJ900Atmosphere, CRJ900 and older CRJ700 (if not stuffed to the brim) and it easily fits into any Airbus, 737, etc. The inside stays cool with the ice given due to being a cooler at heart and if the ice leaks, the inside will be wet but it never leaks to the outside of the fabric. The strap provided helps make it a little more comfortable to carry on the shoulder. So far, I'm very happy with the value of the cooler for the purpose I purchased it for.

I wanted a smaller than normal cool bag to take cold drinks to work. There’s no fridge in the lorry I drive and I have 2x 1litre drinking bottles that I fill with squash and with this bag I can add my lunch too. It’s the perfect size. I thought the handles and shoulder strap could be better. They look a bit flimsy but time will tell. I’ve only had this a few days. With appropriate ice-packs it keeps my drinks etc very chilled for several hours in fact I’m 9 hours into my shift and I’ve just had a lovely cold drink. Smashing.
