The seat fit perfectly and was easy to install. The soft close feature is nice and slows down the closing process. The quality of the brackets is great and the bright white colour of the seat is impressive. The top cover feels sturdy and the quick-release option makes cleaning easier, which is particularly helpful since we have boys.

Quick delivery! Cheap! Cheaper than other toilet seats I have bought BUT way better in quality! Soft close and silent as advertised. I was impressed with the instructions and hardware. So impressed, that I took photos to write a review which I don't normally do. The instructions are printed on card. The same card is also the alignment guide, which worked great. Has to be the easiest seat install ever!

Recommended. Used on a Twyfords Pure D-shape pan. Bought one of these in 10/23 and have been happy with it. Ordered a replacement in 08/25 due to the original being cracked by having a weighty glass jar dropped on it from a height. This is no reflection of the quality of the item. No rigid plastic item could have been expected to survive this! I only mention this as I expected, when ordering the same item, that it would be a simple matter of unclipping the old (like you do for cleaning) and clipping on the new one. However, the 2025 version is shorter and has different profile fixing pins, which are also spaced at a different pitch. This meant removing the old fixings as well. Not a big issue but not what was expected when ordering the same item. The new one came with a cardboard template for aligning the fixings. I don't remember the old one having this and it made fitting the new one so much easier than before, as it obviates the need to keep trying on the whole seat each time you adjust. I think the new version is a neater fit. Unlike the current pictured item - and the 2023 version - it doesn't have such a large release button, nor does it have the manufacturer name embossed into the button. However, it does have the name embossed into the plastic on the underside of the lid, which the old one didn't. I think this is a positive change.

Moved house and this was a need. Really pleased with the quality of this item and it looks really nice. It feels safe and doesn’t move when you sit down. It feels really sturdy. When it came to cleaning it, the removal was so easy and a lot better than previous ones I have purchased. Highly recommended.

3 months and the soft close has gone. I will contact the seller and come back on this..... Ok so after 3 months the option to contact is gone. Which makes this landfill. :(

I never thought I'd be sitting here rising a review for a toilet seat but here we are. All I have to say is that this is well worth the money spent. I renovated our bathroom recently and the included toilet seat we were given was utter rubbish. It had a lot of play in every direction. When you sat down it would move side to side. You didn't feel secure at all. The lid would sort of cave if you sat on top of it. So I bought a new one. This one. And what a difference! It's hefty, the plastic feels really solid, no flexing at all. Installation was a breeze, the seat clips on easily. Removing it is very simple with the button underneath. There is not lateral wobble, I feel like this will last forever. The soft close is good too. Very silent and smooth. Only small grip is that it closes a bit slow for my liking. From fully open the seat and lid takes 7 and 10 seconds to go down fully respectively. I've dropped a star purely on that basis.

This was the 4th replacement toilet seat I’d bought for our hateful toilet!!! I had gone with measurements in person and got nowhere, then ordered two online and had to return the first one so I wasn’t hopeful about this as it was half the price of all the others. I waited a week to fit it as I expected it to be a headache like our old one but I was blown away!! Perfect fit. Really smooth mechanism and zero movement one it’s in place. Plus it took less than ten mins to fit! I love the quick release (we didn’t have this before so it was impossible to clean). So impressed I’m buying another one for upstairs loo.

La sua facilità di montaggio è sorprendente; in pochi minuti è stato installato senza problemi, adattandosi perfettamente al mio vaso sanitario. L'impressione generale è di un prodotto solido e resistente, che promette di durare nel tempo. Ma la vera chicca è la chiusura soft (soft-close): è silenziosa e delicata, un dettaglio che fa la differenza nell'uso quotidiano, evitando spiacevoli rumori e usura. In sintesi: si adatta bene, è facile da installare e offre un'ottima qualità costruttiva. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ottimo prodotto! Chiusura silenziosissima e automatica. Avendo un bambino di 3 anni e utilissimo il ridutore. Devo dire che sembra di buona qualità, sto scrivendo dopo 6 mesi di utilizzo. Grazie
