Una vez la batería se usa y pierde carga la bateria no puede ser recargada
The battery came with a 65% charge and could not be recharged and gain charge above 65%. Once the battery is used and loses charge the battery cannot be recharged to reach the original 65% charge. A garbage product and a total rip off. Buying from Amazon is no longer a guarantee of anything.

Easy repair!
Has laptop working great! Very easy to install. This was an OEM replacement from Dell & I am wary of cheaper off brands regarding this type of product!

El producto no es del todo malo, sin embargo hay ocaciones que no carga completa o del todo, he tenido que abrir la lap top varias veces para poder limpiar los contactos, y no es defecto de la lap top porque ya puse bateria original y no sucede eso.

Failed battery
This battery failed and swelled up almost splitting my lap top after just 10 months. I'm not sure how to use 1 yr warranty but I ordered the same hoping it was a fluke but I don't want to carry it back on the plane. 4-13-23 update I contacted the seller and never got a reply. The warranty is no good an Amazon doesn't help.
