Computer Desk with Reversible Shelves, 120 cm Office Desk, Gaming Desk

The HOMIDEC Computer Desk is a great choice for a home office or study space. The size is perfect for smaller rooms, yet it still provides enough space for a laptop, monitor, and essentials. The build quality is solid for the price, with a sturdy metal frame and a practical design. The additional shelves are very useful for keeping things organized without taking up extra space. Assembly was fast and straightforward — the instructions are clear, and all parts are well-labeled, making the process very easy (Amazon). Overall, it’s a reliable, functional, and affordable desk. Highly recommended!

Excellent piece of furniture, it's relatively straightforward to assemble, includes the Alan Key and Mini spanner tools and also silicone corner protectors to prevent injury. It's metal frame is box steel and very well braced and strong. The tops are some kind of particle board but very well made, not cheap paper but a very convincing wood effect plastic coating. The two side shelves are also strong and useful one is a perforated metal to allow light to the lower shelf. For the price paid £36 it's genuinely good value for money and I was able to assemble it without assistance in around an hour. The video in the listing is handy as although it comes with a clear instruction sheet but the video does help! All the screws are good quality not cheap rubbish. I don't think they've cut any covers in the construction including the packaging which includes corner protectors for transit in the box. If you went to a store to buy a ready assemble, your probably looking at £80+ for something similar. It's not too heavy the average person can easily move it.

Overall, this is a decent desk for the price. It’s not a premium product, but it reflects the amount of money spent and does the job well enough if you’re looking for a simple, budget-friendly desk. Assembly was fairly straightforward, although the instructions could definitely be improved. They come on a single A4 sheet and feel a little chaotic at times, so you need to pay close attention while putting everything together. It’s manageable, but I can imagine it might be slightly challenging for someone who doesn’t have much experience assembling flat-pack furniture. One thing to note is that the desktop is attached to the metal frame in only four places. Because of that, the top can bow slightly in the middle if nothing is on it. In my case this sorted itself out once I placed my monitor and a few items on the desk, which effectively pinned the top down and stabilized it. The materials are fair for the price point and the colour finish actually looks quite nice. When the package arrived it was rattling quite a bit, which initially made me worry something might be damaged. Fortunately, everything inside was intact and there were no scratches or defects. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. My previous desk was of a similar build, and the colour of the desktop matches nicely with my existing furniture, so it worked out well for my setup. If you’re looking for an affordable desk and don’t expect premium build quality, this is a reasonable option.

Good size desk, fits monitor and keyboard on top with room at the side for my laptop. Enough room to have notepad and other bits on too. Tray underneath is roomy, and an additional shelf at the bottom is handy. Also comes with a hook to fit to the side, great for hanging headset on. Easy to put together (did it on my own), sturdy and good quality. Looks really nice. Good value for money.

I am giving mine away today after 6 years of use. The only reason I am giving it up is because I need a standing desk. I will miss this one though. It looks amazing and serve me well for 6 years. Even holding two monitors now (though quite a squeeze). It's as sturdy today as it was 6 years ago and not a single scratch on the table top. Highly recommend. Excellent quality/prices

Lovely desk easy to assemble smart looking and sturdy, impressed.

Easy to install, nice finish and good price

My first solo attempt at a self assembly flatpack desk could not have gone better. Laid out all parts and checked them, followed instructions very slowly and carefully. I'm over seventy and not the most practical person in the world, however, everything is very clear and logical and, with breaks for other jobs in between, the desk was completed in a day. Delighted with its sturdiness and useful working space and shelves. So proud to have completed a stylish new desk. Thank you.
