Goldbaking Polycarbonate Pyramidal Bar Chcoolate Mold Large Poly-carbonate Candy Mould

This has quickly become one of my favorite brands for chocolate molds. Very sturdy for heavy use and the bars just drop out with no effort. The bars come out shiny and look fantastic. Chocolate also snaps cleanly into bite size pieces.

This is a solid polycarbonate mold. I currently have 8-10 molds from this company and they are all of the same, sturdy quality. Chocolate pops out easily. Molds arrived in pristine condition. I think the reviewers who have had trouble removing their chocolate either didn't temper correctly or didn't cool long enough. If chocolate is getting stuck in this mold, it's not the fault of the mold. When I fill this mold to the brim with 70% dark chocolate, the bars weigh about 74-78 grams. To me, the bars feel a tad bit too thick. I wish they were closer to 65 grams, but I will try to get the hang of filling them a little bit less.

The mold is smooth and good. It does god job for me, an amateur, home chocolate make. One can easily see, though, that its not a high-end product. Not that anyone should expect professional mold for this price. I am completely satisfied with the purchase. delivery time was excellent, too.

Used this mold to make the viral Dubai stuffed chocolate and it turned out much better than the silicone molds I purchased as well. I love the design and glossy texture this gives to the chocolate and how easy it is to pop out once chilled. Highly recommend!

As a tool and die maker that also did mold work I can appreciate the work that goes into making these. I now grow cacao and make my own chocolate. Silicone molds are fine but need support. These will stand on their own and are easy to tamp out air bubbles. The finish is smooth with out any tool marks like some people complained about. It is worth the buy and the pattern is unique. After taking them out of the fridge it takes a few minutes to warm up and the chocolate bars will come out easily.

I wanted a unique chocolate bar design to gift to friends and families, and this is perfect! It was very easy to use, and my chocolate came out easily and perfectly after 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

I love this design but when I opened it it has multiple cuts on the cavities itself. I’m a chocolatier so when you use this for chocolate, all the marks and gashes show. I have been Busy and missed the return date so I have a $20 mold I can’t use. Don’t buy from this supplier. Not happy with the quality of this mold.

Ich habe eine Form gesucht, mit der man Schokotafeln mit kleinen Bruchstücken herstellen kann. Funktioniert mit temperierter Schokolade super.

La forma resultó ser muy duradera, no se deforma y mantiene bien su forma incluso después de un uso repetido. El chocolate sale perfecto, no se pega nada, queda suave y bonito. También es fácil de lavar. Me gustó que el material fuera de alta calidad, sin ningún olor extraño. ¡Una gran opción para quienes les gusta hacer dulces en casa!

I have never struggled so much to get a bar out of a mould! Doesn't matter what you do, almost impossible to get them out and I've tried everything. Didn't look too bad once I covered in a Halloween sprinkles but OMG, it's a mission!
