Aduro Sport High Altitude Training Mask for Cardio Training Running Breathing Workout for Men & Women

Didn't fit, mine was defective, but Im certain that the mechanism is very functional and effective.

Normally I try to point out the positives first, but I am thoroughly and impressed with this product. I bought it for my 18-year-old son who is in the Air Force because he was needing a higher quality mask to wear while he was doing his PT training. He was preparing to go from a very low elevation to a higher elevation, and we read that this was the kind of mask he should be working with. Sadly it was super tight and uncomfortable to even wear. When he did wear it he felt like he wasn't able to breathe, even on the most open settings. It's a pain for him to send packages, So we didn't return it. He just threw it away. A total disappointment and a waste of money.

The mask seems to be good quality. There is no stretch in the material and it has velcro on the backside to tighten it to your head. However my issue is I have a big head and there was no way I was going to be able to fit this mask on.

Good for taking out on a run and getting a good workout in ! Would highly reccomend for a comforable fit and good breathability .

I purchased this because I’m required to wear a mask during group fitness classes at my gym which is very very hard for me to breath in. I thought this was a regular mask but I guess it is meant for training purposes. The mask was huge on my face and it was so constricting that it gave me claustrophobia. I returned it and bought something else that was made specifically for what I needed. I’m sure if used for what it was meant for, aerobic training purposes, it is good but I guess I just purchased it by mistake.

Great mask. I use it for running on the treadmill. It fits pretty good.

Giving it a 2 cause it get the job done but the mask inside portion came damaged and bent up and now it makes it difficult to adjust for easy wear.

Amazing product , been using it at the gym and it works very good !

Quality

je pensais le prendre pour le gym, mais je dois d'abord m'y habituer. Pour l'instant je l'utilise à la maison avec les bandes de résistances. C'est plus difficile que de faire le gym avec un masque de procédure - ce que je vais probablement continuer - car j'ai vu la différe3nce quand je fais du vélo. Paer contre, le masque d'entraînement permet d'aller plus loin. Il faut cependant être prudent et y aller doucement.

vraiment trop petit...même trop petit pour un enfant de 5 ans...comment aller courir avec ça dans mon visage si je ne peux pas l'attaché... à éviter!!

Average product. Not sure it’s the same as altitude training but it does restrict breathing for intense workouts.

Pretty ok if you have any kind of breathing issues this mask isn't for you but its really good for working out and also this particular brand has too much air breathing out so it would not be good for covid
