Excellent crochet hook. The material and color are perfect. This is better than all the other brands I have. I just wish it was 1/2 inch longer and a little thicker on the ergonomic padding.

After 70 years plus (I was 5 when my grandmother taught me) of crocheting, I will not buy hook but Tulip...red, grey, blue. I have problems with my hands...not from being old, but from my Dystonia. My hands freeze up, clamp and have pain. All other crochet hooks hurt after using. Not these. The ergonomic design is a gift to my hands and fingers. The grey ones fit my hands best as they a slightly wider handle as they are that middle range of sizes we use the most. The gold hook is easily seen with almost every color of yarn. The red o is, like this one, are slightly smaller but still good. The red hook is easily seen without colors of yarn. The blue version of hooks are for that fine delicate crocheting. Works great. Oh, they are also useful in untangleing those tight little knows that sometimes gets in our yarn Again the best brand of hooks out there. Worth their price

As a crochet-er, I have a lot of crochet hooks and accessories. I was curious about the hype for this brand and decided to try when my hook of the same size was on another WIP. This thing is like butter! I love this hook and purchased it in multiple sizes. I like the Red color as I have been working with contrasting colors, this makes it easy to see. The handle is great and really works well for me -- I crochet left handed and dont' hold the hook the same as everyone else. The smooth surface of the metal has not caught on any yarn and has made some value yarn more enjoyable. I plan to purge some of my other hooks and collect a full set of the Etimo crochet hooks!

This is my 3rd hook and I dont see me buying any other brand or style. I love everything about this hook. Its perfect for my style of crocheting.

Good! Especially if you have small hands. Comfortable grip could be thicker/larger around and a little longer so that I don’t feel like I’m holding a toy. The throat could be deeper to catch and hold the yarn better. But the head easily slips through prior stitches to catch yarn for your next stitch.

Tulip crochet hooks are the best.
