Anita Pen is correct. Sandra Smith is incorrect. I use these with a lifted JK running 35 inch barely street legal nub tread mud tires. In fact I have a single Jeep-specific chock I bought from Quadratec and its a bit shorter same width. Also worked fine but it's black and I'm constantly forgetting its there.

They have solid rubber in the name. Are they still plastic?

They are on the hard side . you can squeeze a little bit with your fingers. they fit a 15 inch tire good

Would this work on a 2008 Subaru Outback?

I don’t see why not. These wheel chocks would work for most all Vehicles. I use them to chock Car Hauler trailer.

Do the holes go all the way through?

Yes which is perfect for adding a rope for ease of picking them up and useful for hanging in storage.
