This is my 2nd purchase from ZeeHoo and Im very satisfied with both!!. Charging engages very quickly and being able to rest the phone in the charger with auto clamping to secure the phone is an appreciated aspect. The included hardware for mounting the phone either to the dash,windshield, or ac vent gives options I am pleased they included. I opted for the ac vent clip because I live in Florida and during the summer months the phone will overheat even with the ac on if you're using GPS. The a/c vent clip solves this issue to keep your phone cool even during the hottest days in the summer. This is not the fault of the charger its just how wireless charging works and my phone is also in a case trapping heat even more. I also would like to compliment their awesome customer service. I had to move my charger from one car to another but the adhesive didn't want to make the trip as it was cemented to the windshield of my 1st car. ZeeHoo sent me replacement adhesive free of charge. I told them I was willing to pay but they were having none of that. Props to them!! Stylish, well performing, and great customer care. Totally Satisfied and now both of my cars are equipped with the great ZeeHoo wireless phone charger!!

I had a previous version of this charger and I loved it. At first the arm couldn't hold my phone but after replacing the nut on the arm everything worked beautifully. Lasted for over a year. Unfortunately the heat got to the suction cup this year and it was ruined so I replaced with this newer version. That's when everything went wrong. Looked good coming out the package and was excited since this version was suppose to have some kind of cooling fan added to it. First problem I noticed was that the automatic arm would release the phone whenever I tried to us the phone in the cradle often times dropping my phone. Eventually the phone developed a crack in the screen during one of the drops. The release for the arm is very sensitive and releases very easily when touching the phone at all. Second is that the phone would start overheating and actually lose charge in even the simplest of heat. Didn't matter if the AC was on and inside the car was cool.... It would start overheating. Didn't have this issue before. Thought it may have been because I was connected to a 2.0 car charger but even after I upgraded to a 3.0 it continues to overheat. Right now I'm considering throwing this charger in the garbage and going back to the previous model. Maybe just replacing the suction cup. Highly disappointed since I raved about this product before. Can anyone help with a fix? Update So I've had it a few weeks and worked it out as much as possible. The charging is good with a quick charge everyone I put it on. I did see a few signs of it overheating but it was during really warm weather with the car windshield getting direct sun. It never late too long once I started up the car. The arms hooks the phone firmly and doesn't let go during phone use. That's because the release is in the upper right corner of the holder and needs a finger press to release. I think the color changing base button is not needed and serves no purpose.I do miss the easy release function of the previous models. Over all the charger functions well and the only complaint I have is that the nut that hold the extending arm gets stripped or malfunctions after awhile because it suddenly started to drop any time I ran over a bump on the road. I tried tightening the side but it would still drop. I had the same issues with the previous version and went and bought an aircraft nut to replace the nut in there and I never had the problem again. I've added two stars for this product although I ended up with a different version than the one pictured. This companies products are still done of the best out there right now even with the problems. Customer service was on point and worked with me for a resolution quickly. I hope to use them again in the future Thank you for working with me on this and I will be sure to post an update on Amazon

This is my second wireless charger from Zeehoo. I use it to charge my iPhone 8 during my daily commute to and from work. It charges quickly and effortlessly. Definitely would recommend this new version charger for someone looking for a wireless unit. You get a hands-free unit for safety, and wireless charging as well! Win,Win! I mounted this using the vent clip vs the windshield suction mount (personal preference as it comes with both types of mounting brackets) The main differences between the one I purchased last year and this one are, this model has a built in fan to help with cooling during the summer months (I have only used during winter months so far, but will update later on how this works), and for me the biggest improvement is the ability to open the wireless charging clamp without the accessory port having power. My car kills the power to the charging ports as soon as the ignition is turned off and the door is opened. This meant having to turn the power back on to the car to get my phone out with my old charger. This unit has a battery backup type system that let you open the clamps even with no power from the charging port, so that is a HUGE improvement for me as I always seem to not grab my phone until I've opened the door and am getting out of the car. On a side note the buttons to open the clamping mechanism have a slight learning curve as they quite sensitive and I've accidentally opened the clamp a few times while adjusting my phone. (Not a big deal, but worth mentioning) So far the durability has been great, and I have no reason to believe it won't be just as durable as the 2020 version I purchased last year (which my teenage son has inherited for his car). Overall I would highly recommended this charger for anyone wanting a hands-free wireless charging setup!

I routinely use my mobile phone in the car for navigation and listening to audios. I changed to wireless charging due to interference to plugging in caused by my phone case. The cord doesn't always fit fully and firmly into the USB-C receptacle on my phone. I recently changed over to ZeeHoo wireless chargers in my house and found them functional and reliable at a great price. This ZeeHoo car mount charger is also cost competitive and charges well. BUT, the clamping arms that hold the phone in place are electrically operated by touch sensors on the charger. You put the phone into position and the arms slowly close on the phone to hold it securely. But when I touch the phone to change the volume or screen, I inevitably cause the arms to motor open again. It is so gradual and quietly done that I often do not notice that the arms have opened until my phone ends up on the floor. I am now hypersensitive to this tendency and try very hard not to trigger this release, but it happens regularly despite my efforts to avoid touching anywhere near the sensing controls. I am now looking for the same rig with mechanically operated, spring powered arms that will reliably hold my phone in position. I cannot recommend this model because of this inability to hold the phone securely. Update: As a result of this review, ZeeHoo reached out to me and provided a different model of their wireless car charger at no charge. They aggressively (in a very good way) initiated an attempt to see that I was satisfied with their product. The original product was good in all ways except for releasing the phone clamp whenever I tried to reposition the holder angle and my phone would fall out. The new model lacked the internal fan feature and repositioned the touch sensor that actuates the clamp arms to the top of the unit where it could not be touched inadvertently. The internal fan did not seem to provide much benefit so it's loss was not important. The replacement unit now securely holds the phone in position until I want to open the retaining arms. It adjusts position well and, most importantly, it has an adequate charge rate when the phone is in use navigating and playing audio. The unit that has the repositioned open/close sensor is listed as: "ZeeHoo Wireless Car Charger, 15W Qi Fast Charging Auto-Clamping Car Mount, Air Vent Phone Holder Built-in Atmosphere Led Lights, Compatible with iPhone 13/12/Mini/11 Pro Max, Samsung S21, S20 (Black)" It works well with my Pixel 6 Pro. If you can live without the on dash suction mount, then I highly recommend this unit and I give it four stars - it rates five stars with a suction dash mount - if that becomes available. Unfortunately, ZeeHoo still seems to be marketing the original unit on Amazon and I cannot find any ZeeHoo wireless phone holder in the Amazon listings that have the sensor strips repositioned to the top of the unit, out of inadvertent touch range. I do not know if the units currently being sold have improvements to the accidental opening problem I experienced. Summary: ZeeHoo makes very good products and has very good customer service. They stand behind their products to an unusual degree. Very impressive. But I do not know if the units currently being sold have corrected the accidental opening problem, since all of the units for sale that I can find still have the sensors in an area where they can (and will) inadvertently be touched when adjusting the phone cradle position.

***** READ UPDATE ***** The auto grip arm broke after only a few weeks of use. The cooling fan only came on once. When touching the phone wile in the holder my finger would glide over the release "touch pad" causing the auto grip arms to open and the phone to fall out of the holder. Very disappointed considering how much it costs. 😕 *****UPDATE ***** (A replacement was sent to me.) The replacement cell phone charger holder. Is working excellent. With the auto sensor arm opening to dock the phone and the "button press" to release the phone. It also has a VERY sturdy multiple directional holding arm and a very strong suction cup. With what I would call a two stage release mechanism.

Ive meant to review this charger for a while but kept forgetting. I bought this to replace an older wireless charger mount I previously bought that was starting to fade. I liked that this one had a fan, fit my phone and auto closed. It had good grip from the suction cup mount and held well on the dash oard of my truck or car without popping off. It even did actual wireless quick charging for my phone. I did have issues with it opening up if I went to hold my phone steady to type or tap as the release button is a touch sensitive button, not a physical switch like other phone mounts. But I learned to work around that by simply shifting where I held my phone. The big problem popped up maybe 6 months after I bought this charger when I placed my phone on it and as it closed the arm on the right side literally broke itself off. Now I was using it to hold a Note10+ in a case so there was not a whole lot of room with the arms fully open, but for a mount to literally tear from gently closing on a phone is a big flaw. I wanted to try and glue or epoxy it back together, but decided that I didn't want to risk my phone breaking it again while driving and taking a tumble. I was super excited for this mount as it kept my phone way cooler than any other mount I've used, but I just can't highly rate a product that breaks quickly under normal use. Maybe I just got a defective unit, but big letdown for me. Update: the seller replaced the broken unit and the new one has been working perfectly fine. Update December 2023: second unit broke the exact same way at the arms. I've got other chargers from this company that work fine make sure it doesn't have plastic arms.

I have been using this charger for over a year and it is the best mount/charger I have had, and I have had more than 6. The quality is very good. Solid construction with durable materials. It looks as good and works as well as the day I received it. I mount mine on the A/C vent ad you may need to try several different vent louvers to get it to be stable but you'll figure it out in a few days of driving. I broke one of the plastic nuts myself when I was putting it back in place after detailing my vehicle and I wrote to the company and they responded the same day, asked for some specific information and a photo of the broken nut I needed to find a replacement for and they got back to me in an hour and are sending me what I need and a spare! This is the kind of customer service I wish more businesses had. I highly recommend this product and the company.

I regret buying this. I bought this charger thinking it would be a great use for me. What attracted me too it was that it had an automated bracket and it claimed he could charge my phone fast. What I did not consider is it didn't come with a charger for the cigarette port. I spent more money to buy a high-speed capable charger. It didn't make a difference. No matter what I did it kept slow charging. The fan was another attraction to buy this since it kept it cool. Even with the air conditioner on and the fan running it would stop charging and turn off. This would happen in the middle of my trips while I was trying to use GPS. I live in Colorado. During the summer it can get up to the 90s. And didn't take much heat for the suction cup gel to melt. Now I have a mess to clean up on my window. I'm very disappointed and I wish I could get my money back however I'm way past the 30-day mark. I did try using the vent attachment but it isn't stable. Not worth the money Costco has one for $20 less that comes with a charger. I have a feeling if I mention this to the company they will try to blame it on the charger I bought. I did test the charger it does charge my phone very fast when I connect with directly. This accessory is jug don't buy it!

Does exactly as required, not too noisy (my own vehicle is loud enough that I don't even hear the fan) has nice touch sensitive releases and keeps my phone fully charged while out on the road and doesn't interfere with signals or get knocked loose whatever I do while driving. Would recommend.

Fast charging, excellent mount. Only one small problem, vent mounting needs small lips on clamp to help prevent it from slipping off the vent
