Masala Chai Spiced Tea - 250g Unique Blend of 7 Refreshing Spices

We used to get this from the indian store for years and they stopped carrying it so i ordered it from Amazon and it is the same item - very good tasting and quality tea .

I liked the flavor but must warn you it's very strong, energy from caffeine, good value and just the right size (amount).

I'm so glad I found this product on Amazon. I can't even think of any other tea products after using this for more than six months. The tea quality is excellent. The aroma and taste are unbeatable. The price is a bit high. However, that's not a deal-breaker. Go for it if you'd like to savor a refreshing cup of tea.

I have now tried 3 varieties of Wagh Bakri tea and not one of them is bad and not one of them is good. They all have very similar mild black tea flavors. The "spiced tea" and the "masala tea" have just barely the smidgen of a very subtle hint of spice flavor. If you are expecting what would be called masala chai" at a good Indian restaurant or on the streets of Mumbai or at an urban Ashram, you will be greatly disappointed. As for the price, if you do not live in a large urban area where there are many culinary choices, then it is hard to argue the price. However, remember that you are paying more than 16 dollars a pound for this tea and at a good tea shop you will have a great many choice at that price.

Tastes good. Price is good. I would buy it again.

Not much spice and the tea component is quite chunky yet strong. A little fishy smelling ferment. Eh, it was a cheap base for what turned into an experiment. Powdering in an electric grinder to render more of an instant consistency. Adding more of the labeled spices plus star anise and pipali.

Viajaba a la India con frecuencia hace tiempo y me enamoré de su masala chai. Desde entonces, he probado muchos en España pero estaban hechos con un té pésimo, muchas especias o era chai latte. Este es el primero que sabe al masala chai de verdad, lo que no es de extrañar porque es una marca india. Si buscas masala chai auténtico, estáis de enhorabuena.

The ingredients are superb one can get the aroma of the tea even in far distance.

It arrived in a good packaging and is exactly as shown in the pictures

I already ordered several times. Till today everything went great. But with the last delivery I received a damaged product. The inner protective foil of one pack has been broken when arrived. As it’s not clear when this happened the tea is not enjoyable anymore. I would like to ask for a refund but there is no option available.
